Sometimes life can be confusing. Sometimes it moves way too fast. And sometimes way too slow. Sometimes life is really good. Other times, life can be full of sorrow.

Whatever life is like today, however alone we may sometimes feel, we are in fact never alone. Whatever label you use to identify yourself, whether Buddhist, Christian, Muslim, Spiritual Warrior, or none of the above, you are a member of the world’s Sangha, and today, I wish you all the strength you need to overcome your troubles. Above all else, I wish you happiness.
